to be subject to purely subjective matters (like the value of streaming vs. OTA) if it's given to an OTA partner (i.e. Warner or TBS/TNT) has the ROFR, it's not going to be subject to a requirement that you build a network comparable to the other offer. The contract probably has some right to approve the announcers, but that would be just the right to approve, not a compare your announcers to the other guys' announcers at closing.
