My municipality makes us put grass clippings into either a container provided by them or special bags that cost $14 each.

My container was full so I used one of their bags and put it in the curb.
It's going to rain tonight and their bag is paper. Won't lie: I am thrilled at this development.
Maybe give me a larger container?
