If I took the time I could make many suggestions but those are some of the big spots to hit for a first trip to the city and anything I added would just make things even more crowded.

You need to add a bagel stop at a place like Ess-A-Bagel and I would change to Keen's for steak over Delmonico's. You're getting a great steak either way.
