That's my point. What makes it boring is the failed tricks. That's why there's practice. Would you want multiple falls in figure skating?

I used to do a lot of street boarding too.
In college, Salt Lake City, the campus and neighborhood was perfect for long downhill runs (sometimes a mile or more).
This was mid-seventies, the birth of urethane wheels. We weren't doing pools or rails, just speed runs.
Hard to believe I lived through that!
