The follow-up movie is Avengers: Secret Wars. In the comics, Doom gathers heroes from multiple timelines to save the multiverse. So it's easy to see it being an alternate realty Stark and he gathers heroes from multiple timelines including perhaps even the Fox universe to save the multiverse. It's Marvel's Crisis on Infinite Earths with Doom as the Monitor.
