A current rate of technology advancement, I'd be retiring there. hmmmmm....and assuming that it's something like Starship that gets me off Earth

There's a non-zero chance that I don't survive the trip

But, ya know....I'd be willing to take that risk and it would certainly be a different way to live out my retirement. I'm pretty sure that I'd decide to just stay as it would be probably years to make round trip and it's probably going to be more livable on mars than on a spaceship
