Bids were solicited via the internet with one received.(!!)

Fiscal 2024 Foreign Military Sales (Poland) and research, development, test, and evaluation, Army funds in the amount of $815,875,200 were obligated at the time of the award. (!!!) - I wonder just how much Poland is putting into the upfront 0.815 Billion payment and how much their funding figured into the award / timing of the award.

The single digit precision of a number for these government defense contracts, er, awards kind of cracks me up (www.defense.gov)
