we have a restaurant here that has a $39 burger. I tried it when they first reoepened (after remodel) and it was insane. this red wine sauce that I

salivate thinking about, bacon like a quarter inch thick, some insane marrow based spread. a bun with rosemary that's pretzel-ish but not quite, in it toasted to perfection. very lightly coated fries.
when I got it, it was $30 and I was like "I'll eat this like twice a year." now it's $39 and I just can't.
