Nice! I've seen recommendations that older people get a small dog so it gets them out of the house for a walk multiple times a day as well as giving
|
them something in their life that's around and giving them love/attention. For those without many family or friends it also allows them to meet and speak with people while out with the dog. That's if the person and dog are friendly.
