kinda? Lots of motion sensors right now (hallway lights, undercounter lights in kitchen, etc.). Non-motion lights are voice controlled -- (edited)

I have a light at the bottom of our basement stairs that turns on when we open the "baby" gate at the top that keeps people from falling down the stairs.
Have another automation that vacuums the house an hour after my wife and leave (as detected by our wifi AP not seeing our phones anymore)
This one would fit with the one I have that alerts us if it's bedtime and we've left the front window open. I really want this one to detect a human in the bedroom vs. a set time but haven't set that up yet.
