So, the house we are renting in OBX is for sale. Anyone want to guess how much?

It’s actually two rental units, 4br, 5ba, plus an additional 2br, 1ba extension (We’re in the extension, our friends are in the main house)
Beach-adjacent (on the beach side of the highway but not beachfront) in S. Nags Head
Best guess is probably upwards of $100k gross rental income per year based on how much we spent for this week.
