sodium levels in bread is nearly universal, it helps build the structure of it, so 200-350 per slice. Trader joes has some english muffins with none.

Esekiel bread co has some no sodium loafs, found in the freezer but tastes somewhere between sawdust and cardboard. I'm sure that was the reason Sheriff Arpayo's prison 'loaf' he punished rule breakers with was so awful, no sodium.
