Yep, this is what I had until I had to quit wearing contacts.

One eye was up close, the other one distance. I absolutely was used to them, though there were some occasional weird moments.
Buuuuuuuut, my eyes are too dry to keep wearing them now. Even the dry eye prescription lenses aren't the right strength for me.
