Fallout London may end up being my game of the year, and it's free*.

*provided you own Fallout 4 GOTY on PC. Preferably on GOG, but it's certainly doable on Steam if you follow the instructions.

I'm sort of grading on a curve here, and while it's still a little buggy, but these mad lads have pulled off what I consider one of the biggest accomplishments in gaming history. They made an entirely new game out of Fallout 4's assets and its modding kit. It's fully voice acted (except for your character), there's a radio station with original songs (also a station playing classical music and one playing the songs from Fallout 4) with tons of side quests and multiple paths to choose from in the main quest. I'm over 24 hours in and I haven't scratched the surface of this yet. There's 7 companions, I've only met three.

It will sometimes randomly crash to desktop and also you'll get permanently stuck on a loading screen, but the devs are still working to improve things. They released an update last week that actually incorporates a crashfix mod that was almost mandatory, making installation even easier for people who are dumbasses at modding the game (like me). They've promised further updates and also there are already FOLON specific mods available and those will only make the experience even better as time passes.

I was slightly disappointed in Fallout 4 when it launched because I felt it wasn't as good as New Vegas. This has given a 9 year old game new life and I'm excited to continue spending lots of time in London.
