V&A has a free Taylor Swift exhibition at the moment. It's near the Natural History Museum which is worth a quick visit.

British Museum can be done in an hour if you don't stop to read stuff. Ditto Tate Modern.
National Portrait Gallery has now re-opened.
The fountains in Trafalgar Square are being repaired at the moment.
