I actually ran into this recently and just knew other people had as well.
As far as the app is concerned, "bentou" = "lunch box" and the more polite but otherwise indistinguishable "o-bentou" = "lunchbox."

It helped me pick up some vocab but I found the complete lack of explanation of anything frustrating.
