It's not something I've seen sold here or eaten by anyone here. It might be available at some Russian restaurants but I've never been to one. -- (edited)

I can see it being popular in the Midwest where there's a larger population with German ancestry. The German restaurants here have a lot of versions of schnitzel and sausages but I don't see any runza.
