And the renaming of the party contributed to it. (But, I'd long said that it was confusingly named in the first place)

The unfortunate fallout is ... they pushed out some of the bigots, who then were welcomed by the BC Conservatives (also confusingly named). And now they're in charge, and have seniority over any non-bigot BC United members who might want to join up.
