i think first you have to decide on the type of sauce, cause thats important...

i think the rub is typically mix of spices then rest overnight, and then a marinate with the spices, yellow mustard, and apple juice (I could be wrong there) for 30 mins before cooking
after that its the basic cook time (grill around 375, transfer racks to let it smoke/less heat)
then take off, reapply rub or mariande (to taste), wrap, and rest.
but its been years since I made ribs, so I could be wholly off.
