Based on polls, it does seem like there are a lot of split voters between the President race and other statewide races.

Like in the same poll Trump does much better than the Republican nominee for other statewide races. The polling indicates for example there will be ballots cast like

AZ: Trump/Gallego
PA: Trump/Casey
NC: Trump/Stein
NV: Trump/Rosen

Obviously specific candidates matter, but this trend is very consistent. So for example there are people who are still with Trump but won't vote for Kari Lake.
