In a perfect world I would agree. But it's not like it's not going to get amplified if people don't call it out. It just goes out without context or

challenge. So I just don't think that applies in the world of social media. It's out there and amplified by followers and reaches people who do not spend time researching or contextualizing these comments. Without people adding that context it just becomes "fact" to some.
