first of all you're welcome to angle for 28 rp on these CLs. If I win a tie I will only sign 2 of them, if I win both ties I will only sign 1:
Tyler Penney 5
Joshua Beggs 30
Adam Cooper 22 - he has an interim coach spending 9 rp per cycle so you would be 3rd place on him, not as attractive as the other 2.
Then there are these guys who I myself might take to 28 RP as an ultra safety net if I have the spare points. They are gettable as maxes for you.
