Yeah, he does get treated special. It is largely about conservativism writ large - not classical conservatism. Loud, crude, nasty, vile, desperate clinging to old, nasty, abusive ways. He appeals to lazy entitled white men who genuinely believe they deserve to have power. That's how they were raised.
