He lowered his window, told the cop he was late for work, and said to give him the ticket. That was the "do what you gotta do" part.

He asked repeatedly that the cop stop tapping the window. That request seemed to trigger the response of the cop tapping it much more than needed.
Hill acted like the jerk he is, but the Dolphins are calling for multiple cops to be fired. I agree on the one, and I'm going back and forth on the first guy, who later gets into it with Calais Campbell at the car. Calais Campbell is a former NFL Man of the Year, by the way.
