A couple of notes.

They kept getting mad at him for not following directions fast enough. If Tyreek Hill can't do something fast enough the rest of us have no hope.

I think the window tapping was tied into him lowering his window more. Something he likely doesn't need to do as he was able to communicate and receive his ticket.

Campbell was told to leave. He didn't need to do that, legally. Then they gave him conflicting orders. That's so they can charge him with non-compliance.

How horrible are they that they make Hill a sympathetic figure?
