I have no interest in the debates, but I arrived at my brother's house just as it was starting and he and Mom were watching it.

The first 15 minutes or so I was iffy, but she was basically in the driver's seat from there on.
He was....exactly what I expected? I mean, he's definitely been more polished in debates before to my recollection (I watched one or two of the Hillary/Trump debates IIRC). He was full Internet MAGA Uncle today.
Who knows if any of it will matter.
