The plaintiff is also suing the late executors of Cushing's estate, and Cushing's agency Associated International Management.

Wait. late executors of Cushing's estate = like deceased executors? or is there another legal definition of the term?
Ok, an agreement that you signed one year ahead of his death. Might be some room for argument about that but let's go with it and you're now suing Lucas Film. Sure deepest pockets but his representation? and I read it as filing suit against dead people?
Those last parts seem a bit desperate?
