Sat: Annual Meeting followed by a Special Meeting. A board member is convinced we can convince the owners to pay the amount of about 2.3 years worth

... of dues to get all the roofs replaced next year, instead of over a few years, like I have planned. So as not to waste our time, I am prepping my contingencies for a more palatable SA to at least get a couple more done than planned next year.
