I don't know anything about marksmanship but I wonder if anyone is a "good shot" in an enclosed crowded place? -- (edited)

Defining "good shot" here as hitting your target and no one else, for purposes of the discussion.

How many people (cops or otherwise) are that good of a shot in a confined space with other innocent people present?

I don't know the answer, I'm wondering.

That also leads to the question: Should we be shooting in this situation *at all*
