Haven't told you guys. I need a total hip replacement.

I had pain in my right hip for years, I ignored it. When I got COVID, it got much worse. Correlation is not causation, but there you go.
I first realized I was having trouble walking when I went to Amsterdamn in March 2023. When I went to Japan in November 2023, I was having a very hard time.
In February 2024, I went to Ireland with my dad, sister, brother, and 3 of my teenage nephews. Holy shit. I've ALWAYS been a fast walker. It was shocking. My 84 year old dad, who has 2 hip replacements and a knee replacement, had much better mobility than me. He was helping me with stairs.
Finally had orthopedist appointment in July. X ray showed severe arthitis, bone on bone, in the right hip, and moderate arthritis in the left hip. Doctor said I am young for it, but I have hip dysplasia, which is the cause.
I'm currently going through a clearance process for a new job. I need surgery. I'm in a holding pattern. I am still extremely worried that this job will fall through, like the last one did during the clearance process. I can't start a new job and then instantly have major surgery.
How many months should I be at a new job before I get a hip replacement?
