Is the same host each week or do they change?

The UK version during the first 10 years had the same host, then he had to leave due to a bit of a scandal and he made the news, since then, they've changed the host each week.
Paul Merton is slightly competitive and likes to beat Ian Hislop (which he usually does), but not at the expense of the comedy first.
