...Like, yeah, that's a big increase, but it should be part of the overall decision process beyond just the costs. We're always compelled to make changes, and many times that IS the right decision to make. I don't think there is anything wrong with keeping that option on the table though and not underestimate that maybe another year keeping things as is might be beneficial.
