It was already established. I mean, you report it, you point out when Trump says he was exonerated that the report didn't say that.

I definitely think the press (and particularly the Times) has still not figured out how to cover Trump, but it was even worse then. But I'm also not sure it's fair to say they didn't cover it. They did. It didn't have the impact it should, but that is as much about who is listening to what reporting as it is the reporting itself.
