I highly recommend:

Method Man and Redman, "Blackout! 2"
Simon and Garfunkel, "Live in New York City"
Ray Charles, "Genius Loves Company"
The Cardigans, "First Band on the Moon" (not their best album, but very good)

I'm also going to take a shot at the Chali 2na disc and the Dirty Projectors. Also included: live Radiohead, David Gray, Phoenix, Mandy Moore, Ruben Studdard, David Bowie, etc.
