No. According to Pew, Republicans tend to be in favor of mail-in/early voting a lot more if they live in a state where it is already in place.

Nearly half of Republicans living in states where every voter receives a mail-in ballot (47%) favor no-excuse early or absentee voting, compared with 34% of Republicans living in states where a voter must request a mail-in ballot.
