Mets win, Braves lose, Diamondbacks lose: Mets and Braves are WCs, Mondays games unnecessary.

Mets win, Braves win, Diamondbacks lose: same

Mets lose, Braves win, Diamondbacks lose: Braves in, Mets must win one game on Monday otherwise Arizona in.

All three win: Braves in, Mets and Braves play DH Monday, Mets must win one of those games, otherwise Arizona in.

All three lose: same

Mets lose, Braves win, Diamondbacks win: Braves in, Mets and Braves must play, Mets must sweep or Arizona in.

Mets lose, Braves lose, Diamondbacks win: Arizona in, Braves and Mets must play, Braves need to win one game, Mets must sweep for other spot.

Mets win, Braves lose, Diamondbacks win: nobody clinches on Sunday! The team that wins game 1 of the doubleheader is in, if it’s a sweep, Arizona is in, if they split, both Mets and Braves are in.
