At 33 it's X%, at 34 it goes up slightly and at 35 it kind of maxes out.

It's a % of the average of your last 5 years salaries.

I'll probably honestly go to 35, which makes me 57.

- Yep. "Retire/Rehire" is an option. They hire me back at a fraction of my salary as a "new" employee. But my salary is along with my pension. - Volnelk Sep 30, 08:23
