I have one spot that constantly itches, right on my shoulder blade, doc says it's nothing. Now shingles can break through but... -- (edited)

It's a couple random tiny burning zit like burn from a spark. Annoying, even a bit painful, bit just a few spread spots
Not a large swath of burning rash
