He has destroyed the solar industry in CA. He's supposed to be green, but the progressives convinced him solar is discriminatory because affluent -- (edited)

people buy it and leave the grid, then the utility companies raise rates which are paid by the poor. If you install solar now, you don't get the rates you did before 2023, so it isn't cost effective for anyone to buy right now. Instead of destroying the whole industry, why not give price reductions to install solar based on income and for apartment houses in low income areas? Solar generation is credited for preventing the CA grid from going down during our recent heatwaves.
