We’re at the stage now that City takes cash in lieu of sidewalks for new development a lot of the time. Then never puts them in. Win-win?! -- nm

That's exactly where we are. Take the cash from developers instead and then add it to the slush fund. -- nm - Qale Oct 1, 12:53 1
