In response to "I just had carnitas last weekend at a dinner ... lots of cilantro in white rice with lime too ... and a black bean corn salsa - it was a great combo" by JenBro

you and i could cook/eat a meal sometime

but only during the summer. we both know/appreciate how beautiful lake michigan is.

(p.s. cilantro is one of those herbs people either love or hate, when i'm cooking for a crowd i tend to leave it out - usually i put it in some kind of salsa that the "lovers" can add to complete their dish.)
