into NYC. They're looking to lease a gorgeous building in Chelsea. I have a client on the block and the people that live there are not going be happy about this.

Here's a pic of some of the grounds. The land was given to them by Clement Clarke Moore on the condition that a seminary be built there.

It's a very quiet and beautiful block. Honestly, it might be the nicest block in Chelsea. They're going to fight this and I don't blame them.
