someone previously added stairs to the basement in the front room (they were designed with the stairs being in the garage) and has a more finished basement. They want like $280 (3? bedrooms, 2 bath, one car garage - one of the bedrooms is in the basement and I dont see an egress window, so I am not sure how its a bedroom). And its been sitting on the market for a month with no movement.
