oh but we can have children's gambling games that are directly using that addictive urge? saying "but it's MORE addictive" is a weak argument

to be clear, i'm not arguing with you - i know that's the justification, but it opens up a whole can of worms that mostly point to there being underlying reasons for these lawsuits that have nothing to do with protecting the children. Youtube has horrendous policies that expose children regularly to fucked up comment. but nobody seems bothered by that.
