The Assessor sent us a postcard saying our property is valued at 515.... we paid 115 for it 25 years ago and that seemed a bit high then.

we rented it the first year, when it was offered we accepted as I had planted my first garden and the tomatoes weren't ripe yet, so those early girls cost us about 10 grand
