There had been a story somewhere along the line from a member of Congress who had been one of those who had reviewed that contents of the reserve of

medical supplies for the country. Only one store of them, but there are several and various members of Congress had seen one of each of the stores and knew the state and numbers in that store. The store he saw had many ventilators that were is good repair at the time. But later, according to Trump and his team their much fewer and they were mostly in poor repair. There were reports from those in Obama's administration that said that there were ventilators that were due for replacement. Overall the numbers didn't really add up and the only people who really knew the actual numbers were in the lat administration.
