You're very kind, I've had some in Little Italy! It had a thick creamy filling but I didn't recognize it as any type of cheese. Maybe it was *shrug* -- nm

Nice! :-) It was ricotta. It's mixed with powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a mixer which makes it nice and smooth.

Yeah, I had no idea it was ricotta cheese when I was a kid and it kind of blew my mind when I was told. Some places do a chocolate dip or other things -- (edited)
