You're very kind, I've had some in Little Italy! It had a thick creamy filling but I didn't recognize it as any type of cheese. Maybe it was shrug -- nm

Nice! :-) It was ricotta. It's mixed with powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon in a mixer which makes it nice and smooth. - Krusty Oct 10, 13:12 4
