Its HP for both previous and new one. tech guy told me four generations...his idea of four and my idea of four might be different. :D

I am out of date with most computer stuff now... Maybe I was on Generation 9 for my processor is what he was referring.
But the HP geniuses redesigned he laptop keypad and the delete button is right beside the power button....someone did not think that through. Fortunately I used a regular keypad and separate monitor and not the laptop keypad for most of my work.
