One thing about the crane collapse in St Petersburg: how long does it take to dismantle / put back up on of those cranes?

A couple of days before the storm, I heard the news mention that officials were suggesting possibly moving/evacuation if you lives near one of the cranes and I was wondering "shouldn't they take the cranes down?". But I have no idea what that entails.

Normally, during a storm they unlock the cranes so they can swing around and there's less force on the crane to make it collapse. - . Oct 10, 22:34
